York 10k: Before and After
July 31, 2011
Hello! I’m currently recovering from the York 10k that I did this morning. I had a lot of fun, but it was warm and the race was tough. The good news is, according to my Garmin time, I knocked nearly 3 minutes off my personal best!
Garmin time: 54 minutes, 25 seconds.
Previous PB: 57 minutes, 22 seconds.
I’ll write a full race recap tomorrow, but I’ll just leave you with a few photos taken by my personal paparazzo.

Nervously awaiting the start:

I hope everyone is having a fantastic weekend and is having some lovely weather like up here in Yorkshire.
